While we are open to building throughout Northern Utah, we have primarily built homes throughout Cache County and are very familiar with local regulations, permitting, and zoning requirements.

We collaborate with trusted architects, drafters, and designers, but we also work with clients who bring their own plans.

We specialize in fully custom homes, but we can also modify existing plans if you prefer. We have a library of finished floor plans that you can choose from.

Yes, we can provide 3D renderings and digital models upon request to help you visualize your home before construction begins.

Changes are possible, but we make our best effort to have all choices made before starting the home. When changes are made, we agree to that change in the form of a written and agreed-upon change order.

On average, from dig to move-in, a custom home takes 6 to 10 months, depending on size, complexity, weather, and material availability. We are known for building faster because of the diligence we put into completing selections before the home has started.

We plan ahead to minimize delays and communicate any issues promptly. Our experience helps us mitigate most common delays.

You’ll have a dedicated construction manager who will provide updates and be available to answer any questions.

We provide regular updates—customized to your preferences—and we’re always available for questions.

Yes, we encourage site visits at key milestones but ask that you schedule visits for safety reasons.

Yes, we provide you with a final cost before we sign a contract.

We offer both options, depending on what best suits your needs. We prefer working under a fixed price in order to eliminate price changes to you throughout the construction of your home.

Unlike a production builder who provides a base price plus upgrades, we provide you with a total cost of the home including all of your unique selections.

We provide detailed upfront pricing, but if unexpected costs arise, we discuss them with you before moving forward. Generally, this occurs when changes are made to the home after the home has started.

We provide a one-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties on materials (such as roofing and appliances).

Yes, you’ll receive a warranty packet at closing.
