Riley has over a decade of construction experience. Riley founded Duke Building Co. in 2017 and is the driving force behind Duke Building Co’s mission to create an unforgettable experience for every homeowner.
He currently serves on the Cache Valley Home Builders Association Board of Directors and consistently showcases homes in the Cache Valley Parade of Homes.
Riley has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Weber State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Utah State’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
Finance/Pre-Construction
Cassey is a driving force behind running a well-oiled machine. Her ability to work with subcontractors and suppliers ensures that every project is completed on time and on budget.
Cassey has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Dance from Weber State University and teaches yoga at Elevation Rock Gym in Logan, UT.
Customer Success
Spencer is the first point of contact for all of our clients. His ability to get you the information you need, when you need it is second to none. He takes customer service to the next level by working to help potential customers find the right floor plan for their lot.
Spencer has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Minor in Chinese.
Estimating/Purchasing
Katie is the company rockstar. Things wouldn’t run as smoothly as they do without Katie’s ability to maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and trade partners.
Katie has a Bachelors Degree in Harp Performance from Utah State University.
